A native of Cleveland, NC, Stephanie has lived in Durham for 44 years. After graduating from NC Central University, Stephanie retired from the Durham Police Department before diving full-time into real estate where she has now been a practicing real estate broker in the Triangle Area for over 23 years. She earned the professional designations of Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Institute for Luxury Home Marketing – Member and Qualified Service Certification (QSC) – Platinum 100% Satisfaction Awards.

Stephanie has received several awards for her outstanding sales performance throughout her career including International President’s Circle, Company-Wide Achievement Associate of the Year, Company-Wide Sales Associate of the Year, Gold Team, Executive Club and The 100% Club to name a few.
