… literally changed our perception of Realtors..

We recently sold our home in Chapel Hill , NC with the assistance of Mrs. Gaither-Harris. We have to say that as clients, we know that we were not the easiest people to deal with due to a previous attempt to sell our first home in another part of the state with a Realtor who did not inform us of the appropriate and legal process of selling a home.

Mrs. Gaither-Harris literally changed our perception of Realtors in the way that she conducted herself in this transaction which was with sheer professionalism. She approached every step of the process from a business perspective. It is obvious that she loves her work and endeavors to exert her best efforts in representing her clients. This was our first home sale and our expectations of her were pretty high based on what we experienced with the other Realtor. She came through for us. We did not know that the process could be as smooth as ours was. Thank you, Stephanie!!
